Tottenham Hotspur is using this summer transfer window to build a squad that can challenge to win the Premier League. However, if Spurs does end their trophy drought by winning the league, talkSPORT’s Jack Wilshire stated what he’d do afterward.
During a segment, the former Arsenal man stated that should their north London rival win the Premier League, he plans to book a one-way trip to Australia.
“First of all, moving to Australia, if that ever happened,” Wilshere said. Although the drought Spurs is in when it comes to winning trophies, he said “no, it wouldn’t be” a surprise if Tottenham won the league.
“He improves the Spurs squad.”

“I wouldn’t say I am devastated as an Arsenal fan [to not sign Richarlison].”
“I don’t think he would get in the Arsenal XI but he’d challenge for it.”

The north London club has already added Yves Bissouma, Ivan Perišić, Fraser Forster, and now Richarlison to their squad that’s bulking up to win the league and ends their silverware drought.
Spurs aren’t done improving their squad as they also want to strengthen their central defense as they have been linked to various names as Antonio Conte wants to bring someone to go with Cristian Romero and Eric Dier.
At this rate, Wilshere might have to make plans to live in Australia because the squad continues to look better than last season’s.
