The Golden State Warriors superstar mentioned upsetting the rhythm of Kevin Durant if required. His height made it easier for opposing defenders to use their strength to get him off balance. Green has successfully defended against his former Finals MVP-winning teammate to confirm that point.

The comparison between the Phoenix Suns superstar and Mavericks star remains debatable. KD has hit multiple game-winners in the past. At the end of the day, Durant’s complicated relationship with Green may have prompted the Warriors star to make a sly jibe toward Durant.

Draymond Green believes Kyrie Irving is the most skilled player

Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green recently commented about Dallas Mavericks superstar Kyrie Irving. Often regarded as one of the most skilled players ever to play the game, Irving’s ability to score from any location on the court makes him dangerous. He can score with either hand, and his dribbling skills help him get out of any situation.

All of this makes defending against Irving a nightmare. Add that to his lateral movement, and defenders will have a hard time keeping up with the former NBA Champion. Pointing to the clutch buzzer beater, Green said Irving scored with his left hand over the outstretched arm of the much bigger Nikola Jokic.

The Mavericks and Warriors have struggled this season to make it to the top 6 in the Western Conference. All signs suggest a possible battle in the Play-In Tournament. Only time will tell if Green can hold off Irving and make it to the playoffs
