Recently, while doing a live stream, Max Verstappen was asked if he’s talked to Latifi, or even about that incident, and he humorously said that perhaps, Latifi has a lifetime of Red Bull supply and that’s why he is not opening up about it. 

In 2022, Nicholas Latifi took a leave from F1 and has since been away from the spotlight. Recently the ex-racing driver opened up about his plans to pursue an MBA over his social media. When it comes to Max Verstappen, he has been on a warpath in the sport and has been continuously wracking up Grand Prix wins. 

Christian Horner feels Max Verstappen should enjoy his current dominance 

Max Verstappen has proved too mighty under the current set of F1 regulations. The Dutchman has won four out of the last five races that have taken place so far in the ongoing season. The rivals are facing immense difficulty in catching up to the Dutchman in his RB20. Amidst the 26-year-old’s ever-growing dominance, Horner feels Verstappen should enjoy all this glory as nothing lasts forever.

While talking about the same he added the following.

I think that you have to appreciate success and Max is a special talent, it is a golden moment for him. As we’ve seen with every single driver, it doesn’t last forever and I think it’s enjoying the moment, being in the moment. There are no guarantees that we’ll be able to give him a car like this every year for the next five years so it’s doing what you can, while you can. Christian Horner via: Planetf1

Jos Verstappen, the father of Max Verstappen, had dropped a hint that the latter might be looking for a new home from 2026 onward, however, nothing is set in stone. With key figures like Adrian Newey parting ways with the team, there is a possibility that Verstappen might also be on his way out. It is worth noting that Max has been making his trade with Red Bull since 2016.
