Pitt is still weeks away from spring ball, but looking ahead to the 2024 season is now possible with the release of the official schedule.
The ACC Network — finally — unveiled the 2024 schedules for all of the ACC teams, and Pitt used Donovan McMillon, Terrence Moore and Solomon DeShields to unveil the schedule in video form — making use of Giant Eagle.

Pitt will open the season at home against Kent State, hosting the Golden Flashes at Acrisure Stadium on Aug. 31, and the non-conference slate will include a trip to Nippert Stadium in Cincinnati and West Virginia and Youngstown State traveling to Acrisure Stadium in Week 3 and 4.
Pitt opens ACC play against North Carolina on the road at Kenan Memorial Stadium following an early bye week, hosts Cal in the first-ever ACC matchup between the two programs at Acrisure Stadium and has a second bye week in Week 8.
A stretch run kicks off following the bye week as Syracuse comes to Pittsburgh for a Thursday night kickoff. The Panthers will travel to SMU for the first-ever ACC matchup between the two schools, host Virginia and Clemson at Acrisure Stadium in back-to-back weekends and finish the regular season on the road against Louisville and Boston College.
It’s a schedule that, at first glance and before spring ball has kicked off, appears to be favorable in the bid to bounce back from a subpar season.
Times will be announced at a later date for each of the Pitt matchups, as will television designations and broadcast crews.
